When you place an order and complete your payment, you have the right to decline the Services and request a refund within the specified time limits. The amount refunded—and any deductions that may apply—will depend on when we receive your refund request.
- Online Service Refund Policy
Eligibility:
Tuition fees for online courses may be refunded if you request a cancellation within the first 14 days of training. This applies if the learning format does not suit you or if force majeure circumstances prevent you from continuing.
Note:
Refunds will not be issued for online services requested after the 14th day of training. - Offline Events and Trips Refund Policy
Eligibility:
For offline events, master classes, or trips, you may receive a full refund (minus any payment system fees, hotel charges, pastry school fines, or other applicable deductions) if your refund request is received at least 30 days before the event date.
Note:
No refund will be provided for requests received less than 30 days before the event. - How to Request a Refund

The name of the Service (e.g., course or service package)

Your reasons for cancellation and any other necessary information
Important: Incomplete requests may be declined. - Refund Processing and Timeline
Processing Time:
If your refund request is submitted within the specified period, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Method of Refund:
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used, with any additional bank or payment system commissions deducted from the refunded amount.
Non-Refundable Cases:
No refund will be issued if:
You have not used the Services (e.g., did not attend an event or access online classes) due to reasons not attributable to us, or if you cancel the service beyond the allowed time frame.
The Services have been fully provided (e.g., you have accessed all lessons and materials) by the time of your refund request. - Specific Cancellation Conditions
We reserve the right to establish different cancellation rules for certain Services (such as study programs, products, live events, webinars, courses, etc.). Any specific Terms and Conditions for cancellation, including additional guarantees for an unconditional refund, will be published on the corresponding product’s sales page. - Service Rendering Time Extension
Postponement Option:
Within two (2) months of your initial payment, you may request to postpone the Services to a later date and join a new group of students under the same terms and price.
Conditions:
This request is an alternative to a refund and will not result in a cash return.
The extension can only be used once.
You must notify us within the designated period using the same procedure as for a refund request.

Specific rules regarding time extensions for certain products may be provided on the product page. - Application of Funds Toward Another Product
Option:
Within two (2) months of your payment, you may request that your funds be applied as credit toward another product (Service) offered by us.
Price Differences:
If the new product’s price is higher than your deposit, you must pay the difference before the Service begins.
If your deposit exceeds the cost of the new product, the excess will not be refunded.
Procedure:
To use this option, please follow the refund request process and notify us within the specified period. - Expiration of the Cancellation Period
Finality of Service Delivery:
If the Services have been provided in full (for example, if you have received access to all lessons and materials) or if your refund request is received after the cancellation period has expired, no refund will be issued.
